Verify your winning entry against official Singapore Pools 4D draw results. Ensure the game name, draw number, draw date, selection, and bet type (Ordinary vs Small) match the published winning tier.

For physical tickets, safeguard the original slip. Keep it clean, dry, unlaminated, and legible. The barcode and serial number must be readable by Singapore Pools scanning terminals.

## Where to claim: Outlets vs Main Branch

For physical ticket prizes up to SGD 5,000: You can claim in cash at any Singapore Pools branch or authorized retail outlet during normal operating hours.

For physical ticket prizes exceeding SGD 5,000: You must claim at the Singapore Pools Main Branch located at 210 Middle Road, Singapore 188994. Payouts for amounts above $5,000 are made via cheque or electronic transfer. Bring the winning ticket and your original NRIC or valid Passport.

- Up to SGD 5,000: Any Singapore Pools branch (cash payout).
- Above SGD 5,000: Singapore Pools Main Branch, 210 Middle Road (cheque payout).
- Account Bets: Automatically credited to your Singapore Pools account balance.

## Claim period, tax rules, and damaged tickets

All winning tickets must be claimed within 180 days from the draw date. In Singapore, lottery winnings are treated as capital windfalls and are completely exempt from personal income tax under IRAS regulations.
